James 5:16-18 GNB . . .So then, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you will be healed. The prayer of a good person has a powerful effect. (17) Elijah was the same kind of person as we are. He prayed earnestly that there would be no rain, and no rain fell on the land for three and a half years. (18) Once again he prayed, and the sky poured out its rain and the earth produced its crops. (1 Kings 17:1-18:45)
James 5:16-18 ESV . . .Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. (17) Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed fervently that it might not rain, and for three years and six months it did not rain on the earth. (18) Then he prayed again, and heaven gave rain, and the earth bore its fruit. (1 Kings 17:1-18:45)
James 5:16-18 LITV . . .Confess to one another the deviations from the Law, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. Very strong is a righteous petition, being made effective. (17) Elijah was a man of like feeling to us, and he prayed in prayer for it not to rain; and it did not rain on the earth three years and six months. (18) And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth caused its fruit to sprout. (1 Kings 17:1-18:45)
James 5:16-18 ALT . . .Youp yourselves be confessing your transgressions to one another, and be praying for one another, in order that youp shall be healed [or, restored]. [The] petition of a righteous [person] itself has very powerful [or, many supernatural] effects. (17) Elijah was a person of like nature to us. And with prayer he prayed [for it] not to rain, and it did not rain upon the land [for] three years and six months. (18) And again he prayed, and heaven [or, the sky] gave rain, and the land produced its fruit. (1 Kings 17:1-18:45)
James 5:16-18 NWT . . .Therefore openly confess YOUR sins to one another and pray for one another, that YOU may get healed. A righteous man’s supplication, when it is at work, has much force. 17 E·li´jah was a man with feelings like ours, and yet in prayer he prayed for it not to rain; and it did not rain upon the land for three years and six months. 18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain and the land put forth its fruit. (1 Kings 17:1-18:45)

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
